Thank you to Crochet Kitten for this super cute, quick, and easy pattern. I altered the final round a little only because I did not have enough of the ombre yarn to complete the last row as written. I also did the number of rounds for the 2T size as I could see it was going to be a little too long. The skirt is a little big around as well, but with the drawstring it fits fine.
