Thanks to Rachel Gough for this quick and easy free pattern. I made this headband for my granddaughter to go with the Little Mermaid Skirt I made her: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/LBK63/a-little-mermaid-skirt
I modified pattern as follows: used F and G hooks instead of G and H hooks. Omitted row 9. I wanted a smaller headband to fit my 3 yr. old granddaughter.
