I had my eye on this blanket for some time and am excited to spend lots of time under this baby. Since it’s just a ribbed blanket on huge needles with chunky yarn, it’s a fast, easy project. It’s also a shoulder work out :).

I had forgotten about felting yarn ends, and this is the perfect yarn for this when coming to the end of a skein.

Cast on 43. Using 9 skeins was just the right in length and width for me to be fully covered on the couch. The yarn color is most accurate in the photo with the needles.
