I am using 1.50 mm Hiya-Hiya circulars and the magic loop method. I had started these mittens of dpn’s but I only had four and it pulled too much at the joins so I switched to circulars.

My gauge for the palm is slightly smaller than for the cuff so I will need to block them a little larger. One of the pattern repeats in the cuff also required that I add 4 stitches for a few rounds.

I love the camoflauged thumb which was a lot of fun to make and beautiful to look at. It is not very comfortable to wear though. I prefer using a gusset on the thumb but it would take away too much from the appearance.
