The knitting was hard on my hands/wrists thats why I stopped making this for a long time, more than one year.

But I like the clean design, the very good yarn - think this will be a wardrobe staple. Therefore I took on the challenge again. Restart May 2019. Thankfully this is a cropped cardi and thick yarn (held double) - hope this will go fast….and it did

Made the body a little longer - 30cm, and run out of yarn - of course. Choose BaaRamEwe Dovestone DK in a bright green as a contrast for the remainder of the collar and the I-Cord edging.

Skipped buttons, but if I find matching ones in the same green as the Dovestone DK I might change my mind.

The ribbing and the decreases rolled a lot during knitting. But after wet blocking it disappeared.

There were many parts to put on hold. I used the KnitPicks cables, but had only very long ones which got in the way all the time. Better use waste yarn-next time.

The fit is amazing. As always the shoulder is far to wide for me, but I did not find out how to change to a much smaller size. There are decreases every row already.
May be in the middle of the shoulder? But where to start? So I left it like it is - it still fits.
