i finished this baby blanket last night for a friend! it was inspired by a lion brand pattern (https://www.lionbrand.com/crochet-pattern-granny-baby-bla...).

i made mine doing 4 panels of corner to corner and joining them as i went. it still came out a little small so I made 8 rows of border (it’s the granny stitch (clusters of 3dc) and between each row of the granny stitch, it’s a chain 3 and slip stitch between each cluster). the last row in white is the shell border (because it looks like clouds). the final size came out to 37” x 43”.
