I started this last year and made a project for it then, but I guess I decided to frog it and deleted the project. It’s back; comforting post-miscarriage knitting with a cloudy-to-blue skies theme.

Uncharacteristically for me, I decided to mess with the color scheme on the self-striping yarn and cut and rewind so that I can have all my grays together and then work all the blues.

First pattern section is simply seed stitch.

Second pattern section is trinity stitch, worked on the non-increase rounds, two stitches in from the edge on the rounds that don’t divide into 4 easily. <<--That was a bad idea; I should have held the area in which the pattern was worked steady.

Third pattern section is Herringbone Lace. (end on rnd 3)
