I crocheted “Missy” my girl “Elf on a Shelf” in two days. I’m doing so much better with crocheting the small arms and legs. Practice, practice, practice sure helps. Her head came out good for the elf ears, cheeks and nose but it was larger than my male “Elf on a Shelf”. Maybe I added more rounds than it called for? I tried to pull it in in the back of the head and hide the seam with her long hair. I also hand embroidered her face before I attached the head to the body. And I crocheted a cute little apron for her! I thought that was easier. Now I want to do a more colorful one! So stay tuned.
