Brim: 22 rows

I braved a long tail cast on for this one. I had intended to use the alternate cast on for 2x2 rib, then abandoned the idea after I realised that would leave me set up for k2, p2 not p2, k2. It was only after I’d cast on that it occurred to me that all I needed to do was move the marker for the start of my round along 2 stitches! I shall try it next time :)

I’m really pleased with how my hat turned out. This is for a friend’s husband; he does a lot of walking and hiking. This should keep his noggin nice and warm.
