26 Feb 2024: I went ahead and crocheted a tiny button since finding just the right button proved to be extremely difficult. All done. I love it.

Measurements:
Bind-off edge: 16”
Cast-on edge: ~30”
Depth: ~4”

Slight dilemma. The pretty glass button I bought is a tad big. That, or the buttonhole is a tad small. Sigh.

Now I have to crochet a small button.

Re: bobbles: since I’m still pretty awkward with a crochet hook, I mimicked the steps using knitting needles and they turned out great.

Cast on with US5. Knit with US4. Last four garter rows and bind off with US3.

After doing the million bobbles using HG Supersoft (Oxford) and Titicaca (slate grey) held together, I abandoned it as it was too fuzzy with no stitch definition, and decided to start over. Now using palette.
