Notes

Jumbo dice bag for my spouse to keep their Star Wars dice in. It’s about twice the size of my other bags.

The motif on the bottom is worked in dc. I overlaid a template of the Imperial symbol onto an image of a flat circle worked in DC and estimated where to make the color changes. I had to go through and embroider a bit on the edges of the central spokes to make them less jagged. Doing the color changes in the back loop only is supposed to create a straighter edge, so I’ll have to try that next time.

Drawstring is a pair of 4-strand kumihimo braids woven through a top edge of dc with spaces left for eyelets and their ends glued into cone beads. I usually finish with a top row of sc. Zap-a-Gap works really well to keep the end caps attached, and I haven’t had a drawstring lose one yet. I also haven’t ever managed to glue one without gluing my fingers together.
