Finished the back! Washed and blocked it today, as well as weaving in the ends. I have found that I much prefer to do the final sewing the garment pieces together after washing and blocking. Might start with the front today.

Only thing left is to sew the last sleeve in, yay! I really need to try to stay focused on one project at a time… I have sidetracked a lot lately, using excuses such as “I need a tv knitting project” to start something new So during the time I knitted this jumper I have also finished 2 hats, a pair of gloves and some leggings I blame it partially on the dark color of this yarn, it was a struggle at times and I don’t think I’ll be knitting almost black cables again. Ever. But I am very pleased with the end result, so there’s that

Final thoughts:

in love with the beautiful neckline and all over cable pattern, it looks a lot more labor intensive than it actually is! Also in love with this yarn it won’t be hard to look stylish even in the freezing cold with Ask + Marveng so I am definitely looking for more projects in this category!
