Followed the stitch counts/measurements for Holl but quite a few mods.
Knitted in the round, bottom up. Cast on the stitches for size S, Did 20 rows of 1x1 rib with smaller needle.
I’m working inside out from the original pattern, doing a purl row every 10th row instead of every 19th and 20th rows. Did two of these 10-row sections after the ribbing, working even. So this is essentially the same body length as doing 2 sections in the original pattern, before starting the sleeve increases.
Increased for sleeves… M1L and M1R increases (every 3 out of 4 rows, for my size) for the next 60 rows.
Separated front and back and worked 2 10-row sections even.
The neckline is 1x1 rib (kept on larger needle) for 10 rows. On the last row of the shoulder ribbing, kept shoulder stitches live on needle but bound off for the neck opening. Then did a 3-needle bind off across the shoulders.
Picked up stitches for sleeves and knit 10 rows of 1x1 ribbing with smaller needle.
