Yarn arrived - here we go!

Cast on 2 extra st pairs for slip stitch edge.

General Notes

  • Knitting this English (throwing) style with both yarns in right hand - video forthcoming!
  • Used this cast-on.
  • As noted above, cast on 2 extra st pairs (total of 52 st pairs, 104 sts total) for slip stitch edge. Make sure to twist the yarns to close the edges!
  • As advised, have st markers every 10 st pairs (except beginning/ending sections, which have 11 st pairs due to edge). First st marker on “right” (gold-dominated) side is different, which helps with reading charts.
  • Rolling charts as I go, e.g. read the Chapter up to a knitting portion, roll for that chart, knit it, continue reading, etc.
  • Trying to have a good balance of each color on both sides, hence the reversing of colors on some charts.
  • For clues 5-8, I am using the inverted charts.
