“For Emma, Forever Ago” was one of my favorite albums from 2008, so I named this sweater after the band who wrote it.

Gauge swatch started on 10/25/08.

Gauge achieved. 19.5 stitches per 4 inches.

Sweater body started on 10/27/08, casting on 170 stitches onto Addi Turbo 24” 8’s.

Started sleeve 1 on 11/07/08, casting on 35 stitches onto dpn’s, decreasing to 34 at the join. Increases occur every fifth row until reaching 56 stitches.

It’s a little small, and the neck is wonky, but I still like it. :-)
