Test knitting this beautiful sweater!

This was a very quick knit. Picking up sts for the neck and sleeves was easier than any other project I’ve ever done. None of this, “…pick 3 sts for ever 4 rows…” stuff. I love the shape and ease of the sweater.

Though the pattern instructions are written so that both pieces are worked flat and then seamed, I think it could easily be converted to be worked in the round to the vneck or sleeve (whichever comes first). Also, I would have preferred to cast on the ribbing versus doing a provisional cast on and then doing the hem ribbing last. I like the look of my 1x1 ribbing cast on versus cast off.

I’m not very hippy. So if I were to ever do this again, I would increase fewer sts to keep the ribbing on my hips better.
