60st repeat to get a baby size :)

If you knit the decrease section as written you won’t get the same effect as in the pictures. I think that when it says to “knit rows 1 and 2 again” you should only knit row 2, then switch the MC and CC for the rest of the decreases i.e. knit the decrease rows in the MC and the rows without decreases in the CC.

I knit the decreases as above to begin with, and got the same result as the photos, but I decided I didn’t quite like how it looked so I ripped back and made up my own decrease section on the fly. I didn’t write it down but basically I did a double decrease (per 10 stitch repeat) every 4th row, taking a 5-stitch section down to 3 stitches and maintaining the patterning as much as I could.
