This is a beautiful stitch! I’m so glad I decided to try it. I totally love this yarn, too.

Following the directions for the medium size, and I think I’d like to make a large, too. I’m thinking those will be for my display at my upcoming market. They might be a little too time-consuming and yarn-eating to make a bunch, but it sure is pretty.

As of last night (8/5/25), I’d worked through 35-ish rows.

Before work, I was able to get the pumpkin seamed, stuffed with polyfil and some yarn scraps, and the bottom completely closed. Still need to glue in the cinnamon stick and add ribbon or twine.

Measurement of fabric (before joining):
15 1/2” long x 7” tall
2.21 oz / 145 yards used

Measurements (after stuffing):
4.43 oz
7 1/2” wide x 3 1/4” tall

Alex cut the stick that I’ve been saving for YEARS into ~2” pieces, and I love this look!
