PATTERN
The pattern is nice but slipping stitches make this crib a really tedious knit. As it is a birth gift, I’m going to finish it for sure.
However, I love how the fabric feels smooth and sensitive. No doubt that the future baby will like it!

DESIGN
There are 4 color bands alternate using each time one constrasting color:

  • Mustard + Powder
  • Powder + Mustard (dominant color reversed)
  • Seegr + Powder
  • Powder + Seegr (dominant color reversed)

I’m going to add 6 rows of garter stitch all around to get clean borders, as seen on @knitewepurlewe’s blanket.

SIZE
Casted on 159 stitches for the crib size.
75 x 86 cm (33,8’’ x 29,5’’) - before blocking
86 x 100 cm (33,8’’ x 39,3’’) - after blocking

DROPS Cotton Merino is really nice to knit. I wonder how this yarn would look like on a garnment.
