For small size: I found the language confusing on pages 7 and 10 when binding off to separate front and back. Instead of purling TO 7 stitches and 2 stitches before marker, you actually have to purl those stitches themselves (so purl to 6 stitches and 1 stitch before marker, respectively).

Picked up fewer stitches around neckline (145 instead of 153). Knitted seed stitch rounds 1-2 with 3 mm needle as in pattern. Neck still too wide, so knitted rounds 3-4 with 2.75 mm needle, rounds 5-6 with 2.5 mm needle, and rounds 7-9 (added extra round) with 2.25 mm needle. Getting slight ruffling at center of front and back of neck, hopefully that’ll block out. (Yes, it blocked out completely.)

Knitted a massive seed stitch hem bc of course I didn’t swatch and the pre-hem length was ridiculously insanely short. Rest of sweater fits perfectly though
