For our yearly family white elephant exchange :D

I couldn’t quite figure out the instructions for the lips (brim) but I got the gist of it and just did it in a way that made sense to me by taking a separate smaller gauge needle and picking up the right leg of each stitch all the way around on a row close-ish to the cast on edge and then p2tog with each of those stitches and a live stitch from my needle (you want the purl side to show outward) on the row before switching to the first fish face color. I definitely like the style better than a rolled edge.

Super cute pattern! I suspect I’ll be making more of these :0)
