It’s finally finished, after being stalled at 90% done for a really long time - knitting with a small baby is hard. Having taken 3 months to finish it, he’s busting out of it already but the finished effect is cute. Sods law is such that this is the only baby jumper I’ve ever made that didn’t grow significantly with blocking.

I took so long on this that I can’t remember the mods I made, but I did the button band with intarsia and joined as a sweater after 3 buttons using a 3 needle bind off.

The sleeves do not match each other (one is tapered all the way down, the other only for a few stripes), but I don’t think it’s obvious when it’s being modeled.
