This design is by the incomparable Debi Birkin for Sirdar.
It was commissioned specifically for the fair isle style yarn Baby Crofter DK.

Found a yarn similar to the design yarn.
It doesn’t make the fair isle motif but it is still very pretty.

Not sure the Etsy vendor can ethically distribute a scan of the pattern.

Flopsy the Bunny is almost exactly the same as this one, DK and same needle, is available on ravelry, authorized by Ms. Birkin.
