I am delighted to have the opportunity to test Neive. It is a great pleasure to be among the first to knit Natasja’s new design.

I enjoy knitting cables. It’s especially good if you can knit them in a slightly different way.
Natasja Hornby’s new design is beautiful to look at and a pleasure to wear. The pattern is great to knit because all the parts are quick to remember and easy to do.

To get a better idea of the body length, I made a neckline rib beforehand.
The body is knitted without shaping.

I finished the body pattern on row 9.
I used a 4 mm needle for the ribs.

According to the pattern, I knitted the sleeves to a length of 42 cm and started with a rib. However, I found that 5 cm was too short, so I made the ribbing on the sleeves 8 cm instead.

This time the pictures were taken on a small family trip to Helsinki. The model was my daughter.
For her, the positive ease of the sweater is 15 cm, whereas the WIP picture shows 5 cm.
