Overall I’m very pleased with this hat. Reynolds Whiskey felts very well. I didn’t want to add a big bow, so I added a pony holder that had a nice big flower on it.

I have to felt this project. At the moment it’s unfelted and I’m scared. It looks HUGE and I’m praying things will turn out alright when felted.

7/14 - determined to find the mistake and I found it. Because I used DPNs for the entire project my starting point (while knitting the item) was my ending point. Solution was relocating the loop and shape of the brim by counting stitches from the other end.

7/15 - frogging

I ended up putting this through the wash 2 times.
