No mods. I still don’t know if I’m doing the ssk the way it’s supposed to be done. The hat looks fine with the way I do it, though, so I guess I shouldn’t sweat it. Still, I wish he had better directions or a link to a tutorial. Googling ssk is definitely not going to help me, given that his way is not the usual one.

Used up leftover sand bank and bobby blue Malabrigo Rios. Love the two colors together.

Would say this fits an adult male, though I think you could probably fold the brim or just knot 5” of the body if you wanted to make it for a woman.
