I knitted the brimmed pattern and I also added a lining just to the brim, the lining on the brim is not on the pattern, but it is easy to add a lining to the brim.

I only knitted chart 1 for this hat, and so it takes less wool.

Leaving out chart 2 makes the hat shorter but still a little slouchy which is nice.
