a dear friend I work with has started aggressive cancer treatment (hopefully leading to surgery) over the next couple months and of course, I feel the need to make some knitted comfort. I would like to make her the Faraway, So Close Shawl. I already have the pattern! I am looking through my yarns though and I really do not have much in the way of worsted weight.

And then I thought I would put a request out for any worsted leftovers, partials, mostals…

I really, pie in the sky, would love it in colors of the varigated Malabrigo Rios or Malabrigo Worsted such as archangel, velvet grapes, lora barrenquerro, stonechat, autumn forest, novembrie, hummingbird, sm gold, plena, deja vu, Indiecita, Arco Iris, Piedrasheck … you get the idea (it would probably be easier to list the colors I don’t like!)
