05/06/2025 - I adore this sweater. The fit is amazing, the yarn is super cozy and the color… the color is perfect. Apparently even though I had a single dye lot, there was a color variation within it. I did not notice until I took pictures. It’s quite obvious in the picture of the back, but not as obvious in person, so I’m going to let it go as the nature of a hand made garment :)

04/14/2025 - I am really loving this sweater. the contiguous set-in sleeve technique was a bit fiddly, but super fun to do. The color of this yarn is beautiful. I think the cotton core is dyed so it creates this kind of iridescent effect in certain lights. And it is so light and fluffy. I wet blocked my swatch and did not get too much growth, but I am curious to see how a whole sweater behaves.

02/04/2025 - I had plans to use this yarn for a different pattern that called for a DK weight yarn using US6/4mm needles. Once I got started, I was not crazy about the finished fabric using that yarn/needle combo. This pattern has been in my favorites since it came out and since it is knit with a sport weight yarn/needle combo, I thought it might be a better fit and I was not wrong.
