Update 5-2-2013: Just spotted this! The Websters in Ashland OR has the kits available in their online store.
Bought the pattern at Knitisager. Yes, I had to purchase the yarn to get the pattern but I didn’t mind. I’ll use the Isager yarn for something else.Used Knit4Smiles modifications for a larger neck opening, used crochet trim with two crocheted button loops.
