I finished this last week, then blocked on a balloon. Made pompom today and sewed it on. I’m happy with the hat, and the pompom looks good, but the pom is pretty heavy.

It’s my second attempt at a pompom. The first one was the same size but I didn’t use enough yarn. Plus I tried to tie the middle with carpet thread. That didn’t work at all.

I’m not thrilled with the Clover pompom maker. Next time I’ll try the smaller size.
