A simple row of daises adorns the hem of this sweet dress. It’s a fun pattern to play with using various colors for the seasons.

Two versions of the dress are pictured: the pale blue with just daisies….and the darker blue with green stitches along the bottom and a lace collar. The featured chart shows the green stitch but the pattern can be knit without it. The lace collar was crocheted with a 2.5mm crochet hook and white No. 10 cotton thread. I followed the collar pattern found in Julie Williams’ Textured Dresses pattern linked above.

I used a long tail cast on of 96 stitches, and did 16 repeats of the chart pictured on the left. I followed my usual dress modifications found here The first 5 rows are garter stitch done on straight needles before joining in the round on row 6. The long tail cast on is row 1.

The bunny was knit on 2.75mm neeedles using Sublime extra fine merino DK in caramel.
