Ther are Elves among us, yet we do not know. This hooded scarf is part of my Elven Anthropology series—inspired by New Zealand costume designer, Ngila Dickson, from Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings film trilogy. This scarf was made for Mean Kenny.
