A friend requested a little “thingy” in neutrals with a bit of graphic interest. This might work.

Perfectly drafted pattern, as is always the case with Stitchnerd’s patterns. And the straight section is easy and rhythmic -- so a great take-along project.

The light is a leftover mystery with a halo - very light fingering. The dark is labeled as DK but knits as fingering.

Increased to 35 sts. Center straight section - 32”.

Light -- started with 46g. ended with 21 g. left, so used 25g.
Dark -- started with 50g., ended with 16g. left, so used 34g.

Could have made it much longer, but lost my energy.
