12/12/14 - since this yarn is a non-stretchy microfiber, I cast on 260 instead of 220 on size US 7 (4.5mm) and then switched to US 6 (4.0mm).

12/14/14 - working on this as I can and think that had I stuck to 220 or 230 stitches that the designer’s way of thwarting color-pooling would work perfectly…but since I added 40 stitches to my cast-on, I might be slightly undoing it. We’ll see how it works out, though.

6/22/15 - Gave to my son’s preschool teacher as an EOY teacher appreciation gift.
