2/2 - This is a quick project due to the large hook and bulky yarn.

2/4 - I was a little worried about the size because I finished the main portion of the blanket and it was only 23” x 23”, but once I started on the edging, I could see how I could easily gain a good 6-8” of width/length. The only tricky part is ensuring I have 45 sc down each side (first round of the edging)…that is something that has always vexed me, even if I put markers down the length to let me know I should have x amount of sc by that marker. :)

2/5 - well, blanket is about 27” square. would’ve like a little bigger, but apparently I’m a tight crocheter (and the gauge seemed ok). The only larger hook I have is a size Q (15mm), which would be crazy and look silly, so we’ll just go with it.

2/7 - started the second blanket and am just past the half-way point on the main part of the blanket. Hope to finish it tomorrow.
