3/21 - have gotten thru about 4 rows of the brim and not sure I like how much it’s flaring out and not sure how to tame it…do I loosen my tension a little? Or tighten it up? This is supposed to look like a “flapper hat”, and the pic in the pattern is definitely a cloche, but I’m getting more of some sort of ruffle hat.

3/22 - think I figured out why it’s not quite fitting my head as I thought (even though I did the required math so that it would fit my head): I probably should’ve done a couple more rows of the dc (rows 9-14) to make sure that the straight body section before the brim ended right at or slightly below my hairline. However, when I tried it on a manaquin head, it looked a lot better than on mine, so hopefully it will fit someone at the Infusion Center. I’d like to make it again, but will be sure to maybe add in a few more rows if needed.
