This is a C2C hat. I use worsted weight yarn and an H hook for a child’s hat , but you can use any yarn and hook and the hat will change size!

This uses rolled tulle

This is worked from the center out and with two colors of rolled tulle

Cotton worsted yarn one small 2.5 oz makes one pad with some left over
