Years ago I found my mother’s knitting bag and in there wa an unfinished baby blanket project. A small crinkled piece of paper listed the 5 row repeat for this blanket. I picked it up and started knitting per her small bit of instructions and ended up with the most wonderful, squishy soft stroller sized blanket.

This is a reversible blanket that is a lot of fun to knit, and so easy too! I used an acrylic washable yarn because I prefer using washable yarns so it’s easy for the new mommies to wash their baby blankets. I loved the way the blanket washed up so soft and that it can go in and out of the washer and dryer.
