This pattern uses US terminology and is worked in a spiral except where stated. Decreases can be made with regular decrease or an invisible decrease, whatever you prefer as long as it’s consistent. The tentacles twist and spiral.

This texture is a mixture of mountain peeks and valleys, it’s a 4 row repeat that you can easily customize for your desired length.

This pattern uses US terminology. I would consider it an easy pattern but not beginner, because you do have to know basic stitches to follow along.

Winter is coming, and The Northwest Cowl is cozy and beautiful! It looks fantastic with variegated yarn but a solid color brings more attention to the stitch combination. The texture reminds me of mountain peeks and valleys.
