Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
I love shawls and scarves that have really long ends dangling at the front. I feel like they are easier to wear and they stay in place better this way. However, when you only have one skein, it can be hard to obtain the adequate length without giving up on depth.
Knitting: Tee
Will you use one, four, or eight contrasting colors? The contrasting lines that highlight the raglan shape of the sleeves continue down the sides of this cropped t-shirt, playfully adding a pop of color to a classic shape. And the best news is: no colorwork is involved! The lines are added after the t-shirt is completed with the surface crochet...

Brindille was my very first MKAL! From March 28 to April 25, 2022, knitters discovered the project in three parts.
Knitting: Cardigan
Twenty-three is a basic cropped cardigan with raglan 3/4 sleeves. The ribbing of the neckband and the sleeves is still simple, but adds a special touch. The name comes from the wrapped pairs of ribbing columns, that remind me of pairs of chromosomes. Being a science nerd, it really spoke to me! The Polwarth base from Les Laines Coco Yarns is sh...

Lagertha is my favorite character from the Vikings TV series. I wanted to create a design that would capture her essence; rough but delicate, timeless and very actual.
Knitting: Tee
Linsey is a top-down cropped tee with an interesting construction. It is perfect for layering or in between seasons!
Knitting: Tee
This tee is everything I love: v-neck, cropped length, raglan short sleeves, delicate lace. I named it after the only great-grand-mother I had the pleasure to know. Knit from the top down, seamlessly, partially flat before joining to knit in the round.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl is a quick, satisfying knit for your special skeins of fingering weight yarn! Choose a solid or semi-solid colorway to make the cables stand out or a veriegated or speckled yarn for a subtle texture. It is knit flat on the bias, increasing then decreasing, to create a 5-sided shape. A quick seam to join two sides and you have a cowl!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Am I too much? Am I too loud, too excited, too emotional, too present, too absent, do I occupy too much space? This shawl, compared to my usual style, is “too” colorful, has “too many” different stitch patterns - working on this shawl has given me time to think about my worries and anxiety. It is not easy to always feel like you are too much, b...

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Ellipsis is knit from one side to the other, increasing then decreasing to create a triangle shape. Simple eyelet lace and stripes make this shawl very beginner friendly or perfect for a more advanced knitter looking for a relaxing project. I’ve designed this shawl to use the precious, single skeins of speckled yarn we all fall in love with. P...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat features a bold cable on a background of reverse stockinette. The asymmetrical crown creates movement and highlights the cable. Add a pompom on top as a finishing touch!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Susan Jane has a pretty lace pattern, cozy garter stitch and a reversible cable for a clean edging. The optional tassels are attached to buttons – it makes them removable and adds an original finishing touch, like jewelry to an outfit. Choose a soft, solid-colored yarn for a romantic accessory you’ll love to make and wear.

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I love reversible cables and after knitting this shawl, I believe you will too!
Knitting: Cowl
Ollantaytambo is the name of a village and an archaeological site in the Sacred Valley of Peru. The stitch used in this cowl reminded me of the terraces and the stairs of the ruins which I had the immense joy of visiting in April of 2015.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Bellechasse is knit sideways, with a pretty lace border along the edge. Small, delicate and simple, it is easy to wear with all outfits. Its construction allows you to make the most out of a very special skein of yarn. No need to pick up stitches to knit the lace edging; it is built in!

The St Lawrence River splits the Province of Québec in two. The different textures on each side of the central spine of this shawl are reminiscent of the north and south shores of the River.
