Knitting: Throw
Blankets are my life. I am always snuggled underneath a blanket. They are perfectly cozy and provide so much comfort. My goal with this design was to create a blanket that I could keep in my office to keep my legs warm without the ends of the blanket getting stuck under the legs of my chair. Mission accomplished!

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This is my first ever sock pattern. I have always wanted to design a simple potato-chippy kind of pattern that was easy like a vanilla sock but with a little bit of interest. I think I have accomplished just that with my Summer Break Socks.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I wanted to create a unisex design that looks great on everyone and I think I’ve accomplished just that. I was struggling with a name for this hat. Nothing I came up with seemed quite right. A huge thank you goes out to Leanne for coming up with the name for this hat! xo
Knitting: Baby Blanket
When I found out I was pregnant with my third (and last) baby, I knew that I wanted to make a baby blanket, just like I had done for my other children. I kept looking for patterns to use up my scrap yarn from different hand knit projects that I had done over the years to create a special “memories” blanket but couldn’t find the right pattern. S...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The pattern features five different knitted sections creating a fun textured hat that matches my Autumn Chill cowl design.

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This design is inspired by one of my grandma’s favourite gardens to visit in British Columbia and was thus named after one of them, Sunken Garden. For my colour choices, I wanted to capture the vibrancy of the flowers and the subtle beauty of the quarry that surrounds the garden.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I have been trying to think of a universal pattern that is a great unisex hat, something that is fitted, and has a folded brim that provides extra warmth around the ears. This is what led to the design of my Realm hat pattern.

Knitting: Cowl
This is by far one of my favourite projects I’ve ever worked on. Working with a bulky yarn, this pattern grows quickly. The Allison Barnes Collection colourways used in this pattern are Eggplant and Charcoal.
Knitting: Mittens
A perfect winter mitten with a little bit of texture and a little bit longer than standard sized mittens so they can easily be tucked into your winter coat on those really cold days.
Crochet: Cup / Mug
Who doesn’t love a new cup cozy to replace those paper versions at your regular coffee shop! Designed with added thickness in the middle of the cozy, helps to protect your hand while offering additional comfort and grip. And it makes the perfect gift for any coffee or tea lover.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Being made with super bulky yarn, this pattern works up very quickly. The benefit of using two colours (Charcoal and Fisherman) makes this hat double thick in the stranded sections, perfect for the cold winter days. Thus the name, Winter’s Chill.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl pattern is super quick to work up and great for fall. Made with a super bulky yarn, this is the perfect addition for an extra layer on chilly days.
Knitting: Cowl
This yarn is so squishy soft that it is the perfect match for working with the brioche stitch. With a repeated stitch pattern all the way through, this scarf works up quickly.

This sweater is great to have for cold, windy days or days when you are feeling not quite your best. It’s like a big wearable hug.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Even though the pattern listing says to use a 6mm, you can also use a 5.75mm hook if you have one. This is what I use for mine.

A classy, stylish pattern that works up quickly. Suitable for all crocheters who have basic crochet skills. Works up in 2 to 3 hours working at a reasonable pace.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
