The Isla Scarf Maxi is a simple crochet pattern with a pretty horizontal stitch detailing. With its classic silhouette, it’s simple to make and oh so cosy. You will begin working at one end and increase to the centre, before decreasing back down to the other end.

This pattern is for a simple baby blanket, made for Oscar, born May 2025. It has a simple construction and a clean, modern aesthetic. The coloured stripes are worked in garter stitch, which makes each colour really pop.
