It is based on the measurements of the accurate global temperature 6 Colour Climate Scarf and shows the impact of global warming on the gradual decrease of water and steady increase of fire danger in some places through the changing size of the droplets across the length of the scarf.

This is a simple k1 p1 rib scarf. Use 30 stitches wide by 400 rows (4 rows per year over 100 years) for small scarves or 40sts x 600 rows for large. Of course, you can modify ANY plain scarf pattern to change colours following the temperature charts to create your own accurate climate scarf.
