The Nordique shawl was inspired from the WoolDreamers yarns - Manchelopi and is knitted with the wide main body worked in multi variations of new colors - January 2023. The piece is very light and airy just like the yarn.

Etsintä means Quest in Finnish. That inspired me to find the perfect match to knit with the Dehesa de Barrera from Wooldreamers with multi variations of their nice colors. It is knitted in round then sew with the two sides. The piece created is easy to knit if you can follow charts.

Douillet is a perfect cowl for colder days to match with a nice coat or vest. This cowl was inspired by the so soft Santi II from Illimani. It’s a perfect mix of ultra fine Merino, baby alpaca, Yak and mulberry silk, so nice to wrap it around your neck. It is knitted in one piece bottom-up.

This pattern was originally written in January 2019. It has been revised in December 2022 with the launch of the Douillet cowl.

When you fall in love with a yarn, inspiration comes so easily to create a new shawl. Melino from Fibre Carpe Diem is such a great match and create a great drape to the shawl and a stunning stitch definition. My version is using 3 skeins of Melino and if you want fringe, add an extra skein.

The Bliss cowl was inspired by the Shibui yarns Billow mixed with a touch of Julie Asselin yarns Anatolia. It is knitted in one-flat piece then sewn to create this cosy cowl.

La Vida Dulce shawl was inspired from the Wool Dreamers yarns - Manchelopi and is knitted with the wide main body worked in multi variations of colors. The Elsie shawl is a small triangle shawl with increases at every row. Elsie was knitted while I was looking just for a small shawl to keep my neck warm while working. I didn’t need a big one but just something cosy. And now, everytime I wear it, knitters are asking me for the pattern so here it is.

Such as fall colors, the Marigold shawl is knitted from the bottom to the top to make a triangle shawl with increases at every row using such nice colors from Julie Asselin yarns and Spincycle yarns, complementary yellow and blue!

The Mist shawl is a top-down triangle shawl with increases at every row . It was inspired from the new colors from Illimani Sabri and is knit with the wide main body worked in multi variations of stitches and finished off with a breezy fringe.

This asymetrical triangle shawl is a relaxing knit and is knitted with the delicate Merino Cloud yarn. A relaxing knit that leads the way to a relaxing activity.

I needed a nice wrap for all of those occasions when I am wearing a nice dress and I just need a little touch of my knitting on my shoulders. In the night, when the music is loud and the time is going all around the clock, I just can’t think of a more confortable way to take a deep breath and enjoy the night.

Inspired by the vibrant colors of Shibui Knits Lunar, I designed a chic and fast shawl just in time for Valentine day. The color Tar (grey) is giving calm to the vibrance of red, pink and orange colors and are mixed together just like a great love song.

Winter is a great season for hats. When the sun is out, and it’s warmer, a nice headband helps to keep my head warm. I decided to play with the yarn and just let it go on 22 sts. This is my second asymetrical triangle shawl just in time for summer. The colors are inspired from trees and bushes in my garden.
