Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Sometimes the Littlest Things take up the most room in your heart.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I grew up watching my Great Aunt Marguerite, knit. She knit everything from blankets, to hats, to socks and baby clothes, but the thing I remember seeing her knit the most, were washcloths. Every year, without fail, she would gift my Mama a new set, and I remember always having them in our home. My memories of those simple little washcloths, an...
Knitting: Ankle Sock
I wanted to create a simple, wearable, slightly textured sock, perfect for those Birkenstock wearing summer days, and I looked to Mr. Willy Wonka, the candy man and dreamer of dreams, for inspiration.

Twisted Fates is a stylish take on the contemporary slouchy hat. The hat includes several interesting features including a seed stitch texture, mirrored cables and twisted rib brim. It’s the perfect unisex hat.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These fingerless mitts have a quasi-Victorian charm that was inspired by the Steampunk Age of Brass and Steam era. The design is easy and quick, but the combination of lace mesh, twisted stitches and ribbing give it a stylish look and the “No Thumb” thumb opening makes them a breeze to knit.
Knitting: Cowl
Fred and George’s Crazy Christmas Cowl was designed with the Brilliant pranksters in mind. It’s fun, quirky, bright and downright crazy in the best way possible.
Knitting: Ankle Sock
I wanted to create an elegant, classy and wearable sock that was inspired by one of my favorite Harry Potter characters. Where better to look for inspiration than to Harry’s beautiful loyal companion Hedwig. Sous Son Aile is the lovely French translation for “under her wing”

“We’ll always have Paris. We didn’t have it before…we’d…we’d lost it until you came to Casablanca. We got it back last night.” “When I said I would never leave you….” “And you never will. But I’ve got a job to do too. Where I’m going, you can’t follow. What I’ve got to do, you can’t be any part of. Ilsa, I’m no good at being noble, but it doesn...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Errata~ On section 2 the ending row number is missing. You should work rows 1-4 until you have 97 stitches on your needles and end on row 4
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
My daughter Jillian absolutely loves Tinker Bell and all of the Tinker Bell movies. One day she and I were watching Secret of the Wings and I was instantly inspired to design a sock after the scene where Tinker Bell is trying to read a passage from the Wing Book, but she can’t make out all the words because the bookworm has munched away at the ...

“Death cannot stop true love, it can only delay it for a little while”
Knitting: Hats - Other
Astronomy is a stylish take on the contemporary slouchy hat. The central design uses the simplicity of ribbing and stockinette to highlight and frame the elegant twisted towering lines that shoot up from the brim. The twisted lines lead up to a star design at the crown of the hat and were created to mimic the stars that Harry, Ron and Hermione ...

“You might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart, their daring nerve and chivalry, set Gryffindors apart”
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
“My Dearest Allie. I couldn’t sleep last night because I know that it’s over between us. I’m not bitter anymore, because I know that what we had was real. And if in some distant place in the future we see each other in our new lives, I’ll smile at you with joy and remember how we spent the summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and ...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
“I am but a firefly, caught in his jar and when he looks at me I can’t help but glow.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
“She’s not pretty, that word is too small. She is not like the girls I used to stare at, all bend and curve and softness. She is small but strong, and her bright eyes demand attention. Looking at her is like waking up.

“The sun was just beginning to dip in the sky as Titanic passed the final lighthouse. Aunt Kathleen told me it is known as “Ireland’s Teardrop on account of it being the last sight of Ireland for those emigrating to America. I told her I thought that was a terrible, sad name. It is the right name, all the same, because I could not stop the tear...
