The idea behind the Big Hug Shawl was to have an easy to knit shawl,which has a simple stitch pattern to bring the yarn in focus.

Layers like a slipover are always welcome in my wardrobe, they ́re a perfect addition to every season,and can be knitted with any yarn weight.It’s like a woolly hug,warm and cozy or cool and fresh like a sea breeze,so there’s a lot of options to play with

I designed this shawl inspired by the beautiful landscape of Wales and long walks at Three Cliffs Bay.
