Knitting: Drawstring Bag
Dice bags inspired by the WizKids DiceMasters game play and symbols. They are a nice size for in-game use with enough room to reach in without the dice being visible. The bag is also a good size for storing the character cards between games or add a drawstring to the eyelets and store your dice.
Knitting: Cardigan
This 3/4-sleeve raglan bolero has an all-over lace pattern. Variations are given for increasing the sweater to full length.
Knitting: Pillow / Cushion
A quick pillow which finishes between 12 and 14 inches in light worsted weight yarn. There is bit of extra bulk in the center to create an overstuffed pillow if desired or to gather in with a button detail.
Knitting: Cardigan
Inspired by the tree-lined swimming spots frequented by country children of yore (myself included), this raglan, v-necked bolero is more of an accessory than a garment for warmth. There are no buttonholes to knit as it is designed to hang open after being knit with 2” of negative ease. (Shown on the model with 4” of negative ease.)
Knitting: Cardigan, Beanie, Toque
This is a unisex baby set with a sweater and two hat patterns given. For a newborn size, the gauge should be closer to 16 stitches per 4 inches; given gauge is closer to a standard 3 month size.
Knitting: Doily
A small, round doily with two edging choices. The shown knitted-on edging is somewhat weighty, but a more traditional crochet-chain edging is included in the pattern.
Knitting: Animal Toy
A nearly seamless hippo where short rows are used to achieve shaping. It’s “nearly seamless” because the ears must be sewn on.
Knitting: Cardigan
This seamless, raglan baby sweater with a touch of lace was inspired by the “woodsy” name of a friend’s first child. The pattern offers shorter (not-quite 3/4 sleeves) as well as traditional long sleeves. The shorter sleeves were a request to, hopefully, prevent drool-soaked cuffs while still providing some warmth from the over-air-conditioned ...
Knitting: Ankle Sock
These toe-up socks were inspired by Rebecca Mercier’s Loopy socks.
