Gauge is not needed. I used peaches & Creme color changing cotton yarn, but really any yarn this size will do. I just went until the skeins were up and didn’t count my rows.

This is a universal adult size, and I’ve modified the design so you can reduce the rows/amount of elastic needed to fit an older child/young adult - both sizes are included in the pattern. I was able to get about 5 headbands from 1 ball of yarn and 1 swatch of elastic. Not bad!

Extra long wrap can literally be double-wrapped around your body - stretches to 9’ long and is 19” high.

I love that granite stitches are perfect for unisex designs, but the two row pattern is boring, so I added a third plus tiered height :-)
