The patterns are inspired by the British artist William Morris, who opposed industrialization as part of the Arts and Crafts movement and advocated for high-quality, handcrafted design. He primarily created patterns for wallpaper, textiles, and furniture, often featuring floral and ornamental motifs.

I designed this blanket pattern inspired by a documentary on Cappadocia in Turkey. Even though I have never been there myself I was immediately fascinated by these beautiful hot air balloons floating above a wonderful landscape.
